I went to my doctor and she told me my tendons from the ankle area are strained from applying too much force when I ran. I'm in the ARMY ROTC and we run 1-3 miles atleast 3 times a week in training. I haven't ran in exactly 14 days(although my doctor told me by taking 1 week off it would be ok but I'm still in pain!!!) I still train with the army but instead of running I walk. I've been wearing a bandage around my ankle area like my doctor told me too and I've been soaking my foot in epsom salt.
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO SO IT WILL HEAL FASTER? PLEASE ANY ADVICE I'M DESPERATE TO GET BETTER FAST!!!
