i got the samsung reclaim about 5 months ago, and it already has major problems (but that's not what i'm asking), my mom refuses to buy me insurance for a phone, i have to take care of it myself. but this was not my fault, it was a crapily made phone. on the website, it says the phone comes with a 1 year warranty. is that a part of insurance, or does this come with the phone?
i have a sprint phone without insurance, do i get a free warranty?
