I Have A Sony Ps3 Problem About The Store?

Alright so i have a ps3, and i can get on internet explorer and i can see whats new but i can not log on to the ps store. So i took it over to a friends house and connected to his internet and i could connect very quickly. What should i do to log on at home? I know it has somthing to do with the internet...
But i used to be able to conect to the store... all of the sudden changed and then fixed it self and then wont connect anymore..
