...blank spaces.? It turns on and off and I can still click on things, I just can't see anything except for a couple parts of sentences in the bottom corner. i contacted sony and they told me to do a hard reset, which turned out to be impossible because I can't click yes to finish the reset process. Is there anything else that might fix it? I've already tried changing the pages, and a soft reset a couple of times.
