I have a some what controlling business partner any advise?

We have a buisness that we established 3 years ago and it is going well. I am 23 years old and she is 56 years old. She is probably controlling because I am like her daughter. I have been on a 25 day vacation in Dec 2007 and 30 day vacation in Aug 2009. She has been on 2 smaller vacations 10-15 days each. Now it is not my resposiblity or fault if she does not go on vacation. She has no companion also she does not have the extra income to spend on vacations. Also the vacations I take are to visit my in-laws or my grandparents that have raised me. Now I am planning on going to Australia for 10 days in April 2010 to visit my husbands sister that he hasn't seen for 6 years. Her parents from Dubai and us are planning to surprise her for her 30th birthday. Please is there anything I can do to derserve some freedom or is there something I should tell her to leave me alone? Also something about my partner I told her that I might get my tonsils removed and she straight out told me " Have your surgery sometime when the business is slow like in the winter" anyway. Please I need good advise and something I could tell her. Another thing my husband told her I will be going to Australia for 10 days and she told him "Maybe you are going but she has a business to run." Please I am to the point of distroying my company for some freedom.
