...I do to counter the smell? It is against the HOA rules to smoke on the balcony, and indoors. Is there something I can do, like light a stink bomb or something, to counter her smell? I have nothing against smokers, but I hate that I have to close my windows every time she goes outside because I don't want my house smelling like smoke.
