i have a small wound on my hand and its deep.... will it leave a hole when it heals?

not a big wound or very deep but deep in relativity to it seize and enough were i put neosporin and it fills it in and i slide my finger across it and its like putting pudy on a hole in the wall with a spatula it fills it in evenly if u can imagine what im saying hope it helps and its not infected or bleeding
