I have a Siemens Speed Stream 4100 and I got a 2701HG to replace it.?

I swapped out my Speed Stream with a 2701 AT&T modem. I can not get the 2701 HG to connect. The session from the PC to the modem works so the driver must be good. But the session to the internet will not start.

Any ideas?
