i have a sharp stabbing pain about 2 inches underneath my belly button?

heya i had a bath earlier and when i got out i noticed that i had a sharp stabbing pain about 2 inches underneath my belly button and slightly to the right, it hurts whenever i go to stand up, sit down, and move slightly, i've poked where it hurts really bad, anyone have any suggestions as to what it could be?
