What should I do? Every morning when I wake up (almost every morning, it usually happens about 6 times a week on average) I get this sharp pain below my left shoulder blade. It hurts just sitting there but it hurts REALLY bad when I breathe in, especially if it's a deep breath. The pain usually only stays for about 5 minutes, but it happens every morning. It's been happening for several months now and it seems to be getting worse.
To answer some questions: I've tried different positioning, and it used to help, but it hasn't been helping lately. Now, I sleep on my right side with a pillow between my legs with my right hand under my pillow and my left hand usually either down by my stomach or up by my face. My legs are also usually a little bit in front of me and bent a little.

Also, I have recently had bronchitis, it was a few weeks ago (I'm actually still getting over it) but the pain started a long time before it.
