It's kind of in the upper but below the shoulder blade area of my back and the pain kinda goes to my arm at time and to front chest inside the ribcage. What could be wrong with me? I'm gonna try and go to sleep and then tomorrow if it still hurts should I go to the doctor? Oh and the pain started a couple of hours ago. That's when I started to notice It.
