I have a sharp pain near heart?

When i breath i some times have a sharp pain near my heart likes its getting poked with a needle,could it maybe just be heart burn? also i have a heart murmur idk if that has to do anything with it......im 19 bt i dont think it has anything to do with my age,wat could it be?
i said it could be heart burn "erin" quit tryna be smart
