B Bryce S New member Feb 7, 2011 #1 Could I have a lung tumor? I don't smoke. I had an chest xray a year ago, and it was negative. I had a barium swallow done a month ago. Could you develop a tumor that quickly in the lungs? Or could I have a spinal tumor?
