I have a sharp pain in my chest...?

Hi am charlie and i have a sharp pain that bothering me in the middle of my chest. Over the past few days. I feel a lump on my chest . I have been throwing up before and after I eat. I get harible pain whenI I eat and on top of that I have to drink a half a glass of water after every bit.I only feel pain when i drink pepto bismol.... I cant go to see a dr because i cant pay for it... does anyone have any answers or ideas that could help me to feel better
