I'm just about 18 years old, and I was on my computer earlier, and I went to stretch and a sudden sharp pain started on the right/middle part of my chest just over my lungs. I'm trying to sleep now, and when I roll to my right side, the pain immediately starts. When I lay on my left side or back it seems fine. I've also noticed sometimes it's hard to take in a deep breath, or fully yawn, which is really annoying.
Does anyone know what this could be, or how I can resolve it?
