I have a sculpture from sweden that is crystal.?

I need only serious answers, I have a sculpter which is signed How Man Torp a place in Sweden. The piece is etched with two birds on branches. It is also sighned but I cannot read the last name. It look like his first name strarts with a W. then Bbirs..and I cannot came out the rest because it is lasered written. Thanks for any tips. Lisa
