I stopped into Radio Shack asked for a usb connection device to allow me to download music and videos from my window media player. I was given a USB-A Male to Micro USB-B Male Cable by Gigaware. I attached the the usb to cellphone and pc usb port and Wizard appeared and chose the recommended source of connection. It wouldnt connect because it's asking for a CD-Rom which did not come with the USB cable. It also states that Sanyo USB hardware is not recognized on my PC, not what? Please assist asap. Thank you
