I have a samsung sharp fx, and the cd that came with it won't work!?

my samsung sharp fx just came in the mail the other day.
I wanted to add music to it, so I put in the usb code and it said to put in the cd..
I put in the cd, and nothing happens.
It says the cd isn't in my computer, but it is! Please help
