...cant sent or receive pics? The lady at the metro pcs store told me there is a way I can get the picture mail to work but I would have to hack into my phone to do it and I have NO idea how to do that...a friend of mine works for a phone company and she said she may be able to help if I had my IMEI# but I cant find it anywhere...its not under the battery and I even called sprint and they said this phone has no IMEI # and cant be reactivated by anyone...but the phone is activated already so I know thats not true..I just cant use the picture sending and receiving feature that is part of my new metro pcs plan..which I would like to because my mother lives out of state and likes to get pics of my kids....can anyone help me with this?? either tell me how to hack into it and make the pics work or tell me where the IMEI# is located on a Samsung rant??? I would appreciate any help you can give
