...powering up but then does not.? I have a Samsung LCD TV (Model LNS40410). It continues to "click" as if powering up but then does not. Sometimes it comes on and will play fine for a while then cuts out again. The stand by light blinks fast.. Is there some type of over current protection relay possibly coming in and out. Local service said get a new one. I disagree. Any thoughts? Thanks
