i have a samsung freeform 2 and it keeps saying memory is full i need help?

i check my memory info on the phone and it says that 38 mb of my phone is pic messaging and i have no pic messages i deleted it all and it says applications 40 mb and i deleted those and i have a 256 mb card in there its still no help idk whats wrong i cant even send pics because it says memory full its really getting me mad
