left.Needs a ball bearing? This is a 1991 Chrysler New Yorker 5th Avenue. The noise seems like something is rubbing against my tire or brakes. I know nothing about cars, but I thought at first it sounded like the brake pads were rubbing or something like that. It goes away when I turn to the right and gets worse when I turn to the left. Noise comes from the left side.
