I put it in cause I'm stupid and then when I didn't want to buy it I can't get it out. I have wrote to them they won't respond,I have removed it with add and remove but that didn't work even though they said they were gone. This thing is so aggravating please can I get it out somehow myself? This has been for months it pops up all the time and covers my screen. HELP if you can..Thanks.
