I have a rash like symptoms on the palm of my hand.. ?

in the center, like where the cracks are, on the palm of my hand i have raised white bumps. it started with my skin just peeling over a time of a couple weeks to maybe just a week. i'm not sure since i didn't pay much attention to it. well, i look at my hands while in the shower and this minor peeling areas have turned into white clusters of raised bumps. it hurts when i make a fist.
what do you think this is?
