I am a 15 year old male. When i went to poo, there was a bit of blood that came out along with the poo. The blood looked small. Also, my poo has been liquidy and there seems to be a color around it, and i dont know if its red or not. when i use the toilet paper, there is blood. I've been having this toilet paper blood thing for years, but now there seems to a bit more blood on toilet paper than usual, and im prety sure thats its bright red. I get pain in my abdomen area and in my stomach throughout the day. I also have gas/acidity problems. I also feel like vomitting sometimes, although i dont actually vomit when i feel like i have to. i get a bit of pressure to go poo at night (usually after i shower for some reason), but I can't actually get that full pressure to poo until i wake up in the moning. Is any of this stuff serious?
