There is this question I have on my exam that I got wrong, but I'm not sure on the answer
What school of jurisprudence rejects the idea that law is objective and neutral?
critical legal studies
natural law school legal positivism
legal realism
none of the above
At first I thought critical legal studies, but is that the same as legal criticism? I believe that is what it is, but the answer on the test isn't worded the same as the book. If they aren't the same, would be it be none of the above?
