i have a question on samsung galaxy S?

I took pictures from my brother's phone (samsung galaxy S) and when i was trying to transfer my pictures from the phone to my computer using the sd card. The sd card only showing the file (from the phone) 'movies' and there is no 'picture file' i tried going to the settings in the phone but there's nothing i find to save my pictures into the sd card? can someone please help me how to transfer my pictures into my computer. I tried to send my picture through facebook or in my e-mail address but i didn't received it. Can someone please help me figure out how to transfer my pics to my comp or through my fb acct./email.
