"bandh"? Is it possible to file a PIL against political parties that indulge in "bandhs". What I need to know is if I can file a PIL and make the political party pay for the losses incurred by all organizations on the bandh day - for example pay the amount for damages caused to Government buses that are attacked, pay the amount for the loss incurred by businesses that have to shut down because of the bandh etc.
