read and give their opinion? I have a question from my law class...its on law and morals...can someone please read and give their opinion?

Here, a girl under 16 years of age was given contraceptive advice with out the knowledge, consent of her parents. the issue involved was whether the child under 16 understood the nature of the advice which was given, whether she had sufficent maturity to understand what was involved and whether she had the legal capacity to consent to suc treatment. the majority of the house of lords, namely
