I have a question for you assholes...

I'm kind of in a bad position, I want a job but my mom wont let me and my dad wont let me get into my account for a car until I have a job, and by the way, I'm sixteen and have no intention of taking any legal action or fucking something up to the point where my dad beats my ass. I'm also fucked out of my summer for some biology course. I'm begining to feel like shit, so is there anything i could do to get around anythnig requiring my parents for a job thingy, cause im still new to this shit. any help will not be appreciated,

A lot of schools have work/study programs, even during the summer. Might want to look into what your school offers, get all the information, make a pros and cons list (so you will have answers when/if your parents have questions), and then talk with them about it. It would be a win/win situation. You go to class, go to a part time job, get money and grades. Voila!
 
Like Caffinated said, my school offers this program called O.W.E. Acronymn for Ohio Workers Expirience. You earn credits for how much you work, as well as your job paying you for the time you work.

My parents told me that I could get a job when I became of age, but if my grades started slipping, I'm to quit my job. So my only advice to you is make an attempt to bring your grades up, and try and get a report from your teachers that you have improved with your work effort. If there is hard backed proof that you're making an attempt to do better with your academics, your parents really have no reason to deny you the privelage of a job unless they want to be complete A-holes.
 
Have you thought about sitting your parents together and asking them to view thier contradicting views... maybe they will see the problem!

Are you studying at the weekends aswell? Can you get a weekend job in a local shop or something?
Some shops are quite quiet and you could even try and study in between customers.. try a record shop or something.
 
Ok, you are 16, correct? I would just apply for places that you can get to on your own. If you live in the country, have a friend bring ya into town, apply your ass off, make follow up calls, and then say, mom, I have a job and I need a ride. That, or, you could say, Dad, I have a job lined up, now I need to have a car to get to it cuz mom won't take me. Problem solved. (At least as far as the info you gave in your post.)
