Was There Ever An Episode Where A Defense Attorney Got Someone Off For Murder And Than That Murder Killed Their Attorney?

Preferably Seasons With MCcoy In It!

I Making A Movie And I Need To Know To Put This Sequence Of Scenes Together....

I am a huge fan of the original L&O and have seen all of the episodes. I don't recall any defense attorney being murdered by their client. Several episodes have the lawyer breaking the law while defending someone but I don't think any of them were murdered.

I have watched every episode and no I can not think of one where a lawyer was then killed - there have been a couple of episodes where the defense got them off and then they go on to kill again - there is als an episode when a defense attorney' wife is murdered and they believe it has something to do with her husband's former client
