I have a question for anyone with a PAY AS YOU GO Rogers Cellphone?

im confused, ok with Rogers, say you buy a $20 card, which is 25 cents/min for 5 mins then for the rest of the day it's 15 cents/min, now if you put a $10 card on there before your expiry ($10 cards are 40cents /min) would ALL of the mins be 25 cents/min for 5 mins then for the rest of the day it's 15 cents/min???
