Okay the defense is trying to ask for my case to be dismissed without prejudice and with out leave to amend. What can I do to stop it. I know I can file an objection to demurrer but what can I do to throw the council off. I don't want to file the objection to early because then the opposing council will know what my argument will be in court. Is there a different paper I can file? A way to turn in around?
