As a wound is healing what color does the wound turn to during that time to fill in to new skin? A scab forms, but during that time what would it look like white, yellow, what would it be made of? What is normal? I guess I am asking what are the stages, when should you leave it alone from ointment, and what is the normal looking? They say watch for pus, but what color forms to cover the wound to make the scab?
