I have a question about sprinting?

I do 2.8 km long distance every morning on weekdays, and 4.6 on wednesdays...(so im pretty fit for long distance) But I also do other sports where I need to sprint a lot. And well I get exhausted very quickly. I would just like to get a program for sprinting.(or if anyone has some ideas that might be able to help me)
