I want to install a set top box so my TV can view HD channels. However, my TV is quite small, a little bit but not much bigger than the screen of a 13 inch Macbook Pro, so it tends to move around the house a bit. I only have one spare connection to an antenna, and it is in a room that I barely use any more. I want to have my TV showing HD channels in my room using bunny ear receivers, but I haven't gotten much reception in the past without a set top box, just static. If I use bunny ears as the antenna for a set top box, will the same thing happen, or does the set top box increase its range so that it can be used anywhere in the house without problems?
