Okay so my cell phone is on a plan, right? Well when you forget to pay yout bill or simply dont have the money to, you can still get calls and text but cant send or call out... well you know how they have the uhmm prepaid thing for even if your on a plan.. if i bought a card would it let me have like free nights?
