ok see i have been getting bad frame rates when i play counter strike source. i have an Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.40 GHz, and 1.25GB of RAM and Nvidia Geforce 6200. my video card has already worn out cause it was old. my question is that , if i want to get like great frame rate, at least pretty decent, should i just buy a new and better CPU? or do i have to buy a new video card with the CPU?
