well im 16 male and noticed the right side of my adams apple is a little bigger i have no pain when i swallow or nothing it just feels a little bigger i told my mom to check and she says its just a little bigger can this be a tomour its the right side of my adams apple its a little bigger than my left its not on my thyroid gland by the way.
