I have a question about my 1980 Honda cm200t?

I have a 1980 Honda CM200T and its not Getting any fire to the engine. I have changed all the fluids and put new oil and gas in it. I have taken the spark plugs out and when I kick it, it doesn't crank or spark at all. I need to know what to do next and i have no clue where to go from here. I need all the help I can get and any info out there.
