I have a question about Ford modeling?

Alright guys, well I am looking to become a model. I've already done many shoots in my area and know what the business is all about. i do want to expand what i know though and be able to possibly take my somewhat of a career to the next level. I want to join the Ford Modeling Agency. Okay, first of all i know that not just anyone gets into big agencies like that, i know it takes the perfect face and look for what they want. I know that you either get in or you dont, and you have to be tough in this business. I know its not al fun and games, so i dont want any hate messages to why i want to do this. I have a lot of confidence in myself and if i dont necessarily get in their agency i can always loook somewhere else or even do something else. If anyone here is a ford model please tell me a little bit about the agency and what they're exactly looking for. Also, i signed up for an account as a ford moel so other agencies and modeling directors could look at my profile on ford modeling agencies site and see what i got. I really hope i get far in this business but i dont want it to get to my head. If anyone knows any of the answers to my questions it would really mean alot to me if you answered them.
