forgot my mother's pin,? because they need a parent signature, which i choose to do electronically, so they told me to apply for a new one, because i for got my mother pin, which i did now,but i forgot to put my mom e-mail ,they say that i have to wait 3 days to get that pin to activate, so will i be able to use have this pin in 3 days without my mom's e-mail. do they need the e-mail to activate the pin.
