I have spent the last 3 years developing a business and seeking its finacing. I have also worked a series of security jobs off and on over the time span to help pay for the cost of my new business. I also have tax and some credit card problems although I do not owe more than a combined 2,000 on those credit cards. Anyways...I was looking at some property in pennsylvania and saw a small farm for about 120 grand. I'm 100% sure I could flip this home into at least a 500,000 dollar home. Is there any way in hell I could possibly pull off a purchase of this land...somebody help me, this is the opportunity of a life time. thanx
