When I go to my bluetooth file transfer I want to know if I can connect it to my phone? And I go to it and try to recieve files on my laptop it says "The file could not be sent because the connection could not be established. Check to make sure the bluetooth radio is plugged in" I am wondering what the bluetooth radio is and if it is possible to hook my laptop up with my phone with bluetooth. Also I go to send files and it shows a blank box and says pick the device u want to send it too and then there is nothing that i can choose. What should I do?
