Really Now?

Abortions are usually and typically performed up the 21st week. Usually at that time the female is showing, some women start to show at 3 months. Now usually in a work environment especially with women, people are going to say pretty much figure out if you are pregnant. Or make comments suggesting that you are. Now if someone has a miscarriage, the general response is the feel sorry for that person or for the woman to be pretty upset about it.
So what happens if a woman has an abortion. It will be clear that she is no longer showing. And even if people don't mention it at work they will still know. that something is missing.
So how are abortions viewed for the woman having the abortion and her coworkers when she returns back to work no longer showing?
If someone asked "You were showing, I thought you were pregnant. Did you have a miscarriage?" What if the coworkers collected grievous money for you, if they assumed you had a miscarriage? Do you return the money.
I asked this because a coworker started to show at 4 months, if she suddently came into work without showing people would ask why or at least wonder why?
