I have a question about a country song...?

I don't know the song or the name of the group but I remember the video having a homeless man in it, and he would count down the days to the day we went to see his daughter's grave I believe, and he would only get dressed up for that. My memory is not giving me anymore then that. I'm usually pretty good with this stuff but I'm puzzled, can anyone help me? Please and thank you.
