I have a purely logical argument that abortion is wrong and Unconstitutional?

First of all, a fetus is scientifically a human being. The law of bio-genesis states that no two members of a given species can produce offspring that (at any point) are anything other than the same species as their parents. Dogs have dogs, cats have cats, goats have goats, and humans have... humans! Also according to science genetics means that the sex, blood type, and eye and hair color are determined at conception and not some later point of development. that being said, if this is true then that means that the unborn are or should be under the constitution. There is a clause in amendment 5 I think you should see "No person shall be deprived of life without the due process of law" put simply you can't kill a living human without that person 1: being convicted of a crime, and 2: having the chance to defend themselves in court. An unborn child cannot even commit a crime much less defend his or herself in a courtroom. Therefore, not only is abortion unconstitutional but so is the law legalizing it. Roe Vs Wade never should have passed in the first place. Also I would like to point out that even when it was still illegal there was a medical exception where an abortion to save the mother's life could still be done.
A lot of pro-choice people seem to think that being pro-life is anti-woman. Many of us (myself included) are women and behind women's rights 100%. But we are for the rights that don't hurt anybody.

Do you still support abortion
How is Christianity unconstitutional? Ever heard of the first amendment?
