I have Encarta on my computer. Now, when I click on a video in Encarta, when it plays, only a black screen appeared. I also have The Sims 2 on my computer. After I capture a video, when I play the video I just made, what I saw was just a black screen. Is there something wrong with my Windows Media Player? If there is, how do you fix it?
