I have a problem with the last draft of my biology thesis?

I'm doing the (hopefully) last draft on my thesis (biology) and I'm working on the referance list. I need it to look tidy and gramatically all the referances need to be written in the same way, if that makes sense. Only I'm not completely sure how to do that, and my thesis advisor has COMPLETELY bailed on me.

Can anyone give me some pointers? Pretty please?
