I have a problem with my samsung snap. somebody hit software update when using my phone. now when i try to turn it on it tries to update with no luck, about ten minutes of trying to connect, it says it cannot connect to server. thats not it, when i try to text message or use hardly any features on the phone it goes back to the mainscreen mid-text. and sometimes a grey screen comes up that says RX and has four little squares at the bottom, if i leave the phone on overnight, i dont have any problems, how do i fix this?
